Drink better.
Know why.
Guided tastings, deep-dive masterclasses, and wine dinners where every pour comes with a story. For groups of 6 to 30.
Three ways to taste
Guided Tasting
A walk through 5–6 wines from a chosen region or theme. Our host breaks down each pour — grape, soil, winemaking, and what to eat with it. Perfect for a first tasting or a group looking for something more than just drinking.
Best for: Date nights, friend groups, birthday celebrations
- 5–6 wine pours
- Tasting notes & region map
- Cheese & charcuterie board
- Guided by our wine team
Masterclass
Go deeper. A structured session led by a certified wine professional covering a specific topic — Old World vs New World, Bordeaux deep-dive, food-and-wine pairing principles. You'll leave knowing more than most sommeliers' regulars.
Best for: Corporate team-building, wine club groups, serious enthusiasts
- 6–8 wine pours
- Educational workbook
- Food pairings per wine
- Certificate of completion
- Q&A session
Private Wine Dinner
A multi-course dinner in the King Arthur or Dalmore Room, where every dish is built around the wines. Chef Alan and our wine team collaborate on the menu — each course paired, each pairing explained.
Best for: Client entertaining, anniversaries, VIP gatherings
- 5-course dinner
- Matched wine per course
- Private dining room
- Chef & sommelier co-hosted
- Custom menu consultation
Useful knowledge.
Not wine snobbery.
How to taste properly — see, swirl, sniff, sip, and what to actually look for
The difference between Old World and New World styles and why it matters
How to read a wine label without pretending you understand it
Which wines pair with which foods — and the science behind why
How to order confidently at a restaurant or wine bar
How to build a personal collection without overspending
You don't need to know anything about wine.
That's the whole point.
Beginners
You drink wine but want to know why you like what you like. No jargon, no pretension — just useful knowledge.
Corporate Teams
A team-building session that doesn't involve trust falls. Your colleagues will actually want to show up for this one.
Couples & Date Nights
Share a tasting, learn something together, and have a conversation starter that lasts longer than the evening.
Wine Enthusiasts
You've been drinking wine for years. A masterclass will sharpen what you already know and fill in the gaps.
Held in Siglap's private rooms & cellar
Tastings take place in the King Arthur Room or Dalmore Room at The Winery Siglap — private, temperature-controlled, and steps away from the walk-in cellar that holds the wines you'll be tasting.
For wine dinners, the kitchen is right there. Courses arrive fresh, timed to each pour. It doesn't get more connected than that.
Book your tasting.
Tell us the group size, preferred date, and whether you want a casual tasting or a deep-dive masterclass. We'll put together a proposal and get back to you within the day.
