We Built the Wine Bar We Wanted to Drink At

In 2018, Singapore had wine bars where you needed a sommelier to hold your hand, chains where the wine was cheap but the food was an afterthought, and natural wine spots where the vibe mattered more than the glass. We wanted none of that. We wanted a place where you could walk in, try something new, eat a proper meal, and stay past midnight without anyone rushing you out. Eight years and two venues later, our regulars still walk in and say "the usual."

At Siglap, the cellar is walk-in — you browse the bottles yourself, read the labels, pick what catches your eye. No waiting for a sommelier to decide for you. Every wine is there because someone on our team loves it. Small producers, fair markups, regions you won't find at the chains.

Real Food, Not Afterthoughts

We know our suppliers by name. The kitchen runs late, the ingredients are seasonal, and nothing on the menu exists just to pad the bill.

Two Kitchens, Two Identities

CHIJMES is Chefs Magen and Brayan's Spanish kitchen — gambas al ajillo, croquetas, patatas bravas, plates you fight over. Siglap is Chef Alan's European kitchen — charcoal-grilled côte de bœuf, $38 lobster Tuesdays, weekend roast for two.

Opened our flagship location at CHIJMES, introducing Singapore to our unique blend of wine culture and Spanish culinary excellence.
