Reservation Policy: • Reservations are required for groups of 6 or more • A credit card is required to secure bookings for special events • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance • No-shows may incur a charge of $50 per person Promotion-Specific Policies: • Wine Buffet (Monday): Subject to selected wines by the glass, 2-hour limit • Lobster Tail Night (Tuesday): Limited portions available, while stocks last • Amarone & Appetito (Wednesday): Choice of 1 starter from selected options only • Tomahawk Night (Thursday): 1kg portion, subject to availability • Weekend Roast: Available 12pm-4pm only, beverage add-on ($48) is for 2 hours (12pm-5:30pm) Special Events & Private Dining: • Deposit requirements vary by event type • Cancellation policies are specific to each event • Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior • Menu changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance

Payment Terms: • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) • Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing GST • We accept major credit cards, NETS, and PayNow • Minimum spend requirements may apply for certain events Promotion Pricing: • Wine Buffet Monday: $38 per pax for selected wines (2 hours) • Lobster Tail Night Tuesday: $38 per whole lobster tail (limited portions) • Amarone & Appetito Wednesday: Bottle of Amarone + choice of 1 starter • Tomahawk Night Thursday: $98 for 1kg (U.P. $168) • Weekend Roast: $49 for 2 pax, add-on $48 for beverages (2 hours) • Promotional prices subject to change without notice • Happy Hour: Available from opening until 7PM daily Refund Policy: • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • Event cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy • Wine purchases are final sale • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash • Promotional items cannot be substituted or exchanged

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: • Displays disruptive behavior • Appears intoxicated • Violates our dress code • Harasses staff or other guests Dress Code: • Smart casual attire required • No slippers or beach wear • Proper covered shoes required • Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire

Limitation of Liability: • We are not responsible for personal belongings • Parking is at vehicle owner's risk • Food allergies must be communicated when ordering • We reserve the right to modify menus without notice Property Damage: • Guests are liable for any damage to property • Recovery costs will be charged to the responsible party • Security deposits may be required for private events
