Tapas are small plates of food served as bar snacks served alongside beer or wine before late dinner, which is common in Spain.
Main varieties include:
· Pinchos: A popular form of snack where slices of bread with various toppings are served on skewers
· Cheeses: A wide variety of artisan cheeses, served as a platter or a salad
· Charcuterie platters: Charcuterie, known in Spanish as ‘embutidos’ comes in varieties, such as jamón serrano, chorizo and fuet
