The new culinary direction reflects the changing season while blending European and Asian techniques to create dishes that celebrate fresh, locally-sourced ingredients refined with time-honored methods and modern flair.

Grilled Eel with Brioche Toast ($18) #

A tapas-style creation featuring toasted brioche topped with grilled Japanese eel, first glazed in housemade sweet glaze, then finished with taramasalata and spring onion for a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Heirloom Cherry Tomato with Burrata Salad ($26) #

Celebrate summer's best with this vibrant salad featuring two varieties of Spanish cherry tomatoes tossed with pumpkin seed pesto, salted pumpkin seeds, mint, and basil oil, crowned with a whole ball of creamy burrata cheese.

Baby Romaine & Radicchio Salad ($24) #

Australian Wagyu OP Rib MB7 ($198-$228) #
